I am going to keep these extremely upbeat because I have been writing about Kolbe's story and that is sad. We need some upbeat things in our life, right?
Oh, and I don't mean to drag it out, but there is one more part coming and then it will be done. I just hurt my back and am on meds so being serious right now is not an option for me.
The last time I hurt my back (last year) and I was on these meds we went to Sunday Mass and Clare's paci dropped and landed in the pew behind us. Sitting behind us was a family with one baby girl dressed very frilly. They handed me the paci and said "Would you like a pacifier wipe?"
I replied (with a big smile I might add): "Oh, no thank you. She's our second child."
Eric died of embarrassment.

Eric's conversation with Maggie:
Maggie: "Daddy what's that?" (pointing to his male boob)
Eric gives it a name. Not too sure what he said.
Maggie: "Oh. Can you feed a baby with it?"
Eric: "No, only girls can feed babies."
Maggie: "I have one!"(proceeds to show him)
Eric: "Okay?"
Maggie: "Why do you have one?"
*Pause as Eric panics and doesn't want to answer*
Maggie: "That's silly!"
*Pause as Eric panics and doesn't want to answer*
Maggie: "That's silly!"

Maggie is obsessed with "best friends" right now.
I asked her who her best friend was and she said:
"Fr. Braun, John, Laney (Elena), Leo, and, Molly."
Fr. Braun is the only one over the age of 5.

While saying night time prayers with Maggie and Clare, Maggie asked me if she could pray for me to feel better. (I re-injured my back)
